Tradition and competence are words that have always represented us in the best way. The experience acquired in years, since 1970 when Sala Dorgham started work with fish. The big passion for the sea passed down through the generations. With the constant research of quality, we created a modern and advanced company and an important position in the modern fishing scene.
OUR WORK & PACKING
Fresh and frozen fish marketing has always been the heart of our job, made by guaranteeing quality and freshness.
We are packing in Polystyrene boxes that typically insulates better and keeps food fresher longer Standard packing formats are: 5kg. 10kg. 20kg. 35kg. We can also study packing upon customer requests.
QUALITY & SELF CONTROL
The quality department deals with the planning, updating, and application of the “food safety and quality policy”.
Quality guarantees prevention and monitoring, also thanks to the choice of adopting the IFS quality standard (International Food Standard).
Its activity, thanks to a well-structured analytical plan, is organized in order to document and schedule at regular intervals the checks and analyzes necessary for the verification of the products and the related requirements established by current legislation.
ANALYSIS & CERTIFICATIONS
We believe it is important to keep track of every little step we take. We do it for you, to ensure the best. we do it for ourselves, to guarantee quality for our work. We do this to tell you that we make analyzes in our laboratory, and in external laboratories to guarantee the best quality.
Our certifications, together with the passion and daily commitment of the people who work at Egypt Fish, are the guarantee of our safety, as deep as the sea.
LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT
As regards the fresh fish, every day we buy fish at the local market and we carry out the shipment on the same day.
We guarantee our customers, in the European Community, fish delivery within 24 hours of fishing.
As regards the frozen fish, every day we buy fish at the local market and we work and freeze at -40ºC. The fish is stored in Refrigerator at -20ºC and after that loaded into containers and exported to the destination country.

It is with the freshness that we began our journey in the world of fish marketing, and it is the freshness that made us known as sector specialists. We have become a leader in the marketing of various fish species in Egypt and the European Community to competence, structured organization and, above all, thanks to the timeliness that distinguishes us in providing our various assortment of fresh fish.

Thanks to an organization of people that works in close contact with the main international markets, we select the best-frozen fish products, guaranteeing the highest quality. We also have warehouses for storing goods and logistics capable of covering the entire national territory with punctual and efficient service, in compliance with current legislation.
